学生になり一年が経ちました、健康管理とシドニー湾 Being a student , staying fit and walking along the Sydney Harbour.

学生に戻り、ほぼ一年が経ちました。最初は勉強について行けるだけが心配でした。若い時と勉強の仕方が確かに違えます。何をするにも余裕をもち時間を掛けて真剣に取り組むことが大事です。結果的に勉強面では若い学生では変わらなかったです。しかし、不安はあります・・・・体力です!!何時体力的についていけなる。シドニーに来て毎日ワーキングをしています。シドニー湾を眺めながら散歩しています。幸せです・・・・・

It has been almost a year since I went back to study. It has been a lot of hard work but I am figuring I can do it now. To begin with I was really worried but now I understand that if I work at my own pace and leave time for contingencies I can handle my studies just as well ( or better) than younger students. Now my biggest worry is my health. Can I physically keep up with the demands of being a “young” student?? I have been going on wonderful daily walks around my home along the harbour. I am going concentrate on staying fit….
