What we saw in front of Doksugun Palace and amazing man who embroiders….

The typhoon has passed and now it is hot and sticky but no where as bad as Japan….sorry folks….

Just finished my first week at Sogang, the style of teaching is very different and we have lots of conversation, it is a lot of fun and there is more homework than I expected….

JM came to Seoul yesterday, to see me and pay a visit to his father’s grave.

We met up in the city after lunch and then we went for a walk and “bumped” into a traditional changing of the guard ceremony in front of the Doksugun Palace.

Then we jumped on a bus and went to Itaewon to order some name tags for our friends and employees. The owner of the shop is amazing. He embroiders brilliantly in less than a minute….take a look at his art work! We also think he is really sweet, we have to stop him from giving us so many freebees at the end…..
