得意の煮込み料理披露 Osso Bucco…yummmm


最近、ブログネタがなくて・・・・勉強のためあまり外出もせず・・・・でもこの前ダーリンと為に得意肉の煮込み料理をしました。OSSO BUCCOと言います。背骨のところの肉をじっくりと2-3時間掛けてトマトベースのソースで煮込みます。美味しかったそうです。
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。Sorry, I haven’t had a lot to write about, I don’t go out very often as I spend my time at home studying. It has also been bad weather too. BUT, JM is here so I made him some beef Osso Bucco…. 2-3hours in the oven. Yummmmm. Everyone really enjoyed it.
