ダイエットを初めて3ヶ月弱・・・確実に4キロ減量!ゆっくりだけど リバウンドがなさそう・・・・

徹底的な禁酒(一週間に一度かけ解禁)、朝食がオートミールとフルーツ、お昼は炭水化物を抑えながら好きなもの、夜は フルーツが野菜スープのみ・・・但し、一週間に一度ご馳走を食べます・・間食は一切せず、甘いものも一切食べていない・・と言うか 食べたくない!誘惑に勝っているかも・・・朝は自宅でヨガとダムベル体操、夕食後は40-50分の散歩、頑張ろう!!来年の卒業式にサイズダウンを目指すぞう!!

Wow! I have been on a diet for 3 months and I have lost 4 kilograms…slowly, but it seems to be staying off! I am off alcohol ( except for once a week), porridge and fruit for breakfast, anything I want for lunch ( except fried stuff and an overload of carbohydrates) and fruit or soup for dinner. NO snacks and NOTHING sweet. I have been fighting temptation…20 minutes of yoga and dumbbell exercises in the morning and 40 minute walks after dinner….here is hoping I will be one size lighter for my graduation next year….
